Easy recovery run, deliberately so. Decided to check out the track at South County high school, and was running outside of lane 6 to reduce the amount of laps I actually was running. I could feel yesterday's run in my left hip, mostly due to failure to stretch. I need to be better about that.
I was much more disciplined about heart rate this time, and I hope it pays off.
