Today was an indistinguished run - but the first PT I've done since Friday. That's too long, but it's harder and harder to wake up in the mornings.
That, and my knees hurt. That may very well be a function of weighing 10 pounds more than I usually do. It makes my legs stronger, maybe, but it also does a fair more wear and tear on my joints.
I was sorely tempted to sleep in. But I didn't.
