Today was an embarrassingly slow run. Not sure why. I was also working on the yard most of yesterday after going for a run, so that might have something to do with it.
I'm thinking I may want to taper off weight to concentrate on form and see if I can start getting leaner as well...
I very nearly slept in. Nothing like a warmup run whilst half asleep...
