Today was just suck. No good way around the basic fact that it was unpleasantly sticky, and it took me longer to rest than usual between sets. It was either hotter than it usually is in the gym, or I was more beat than I thought (and probably didn't drink enough water yesterday afternoon either).
As my focus of effort shifts, certain things get harder, but the bench presses and angle bench presses have remained largely constant, which I guess bodes well for pushups later on.
