I was cranking away and could feel the lactate building up as I was grinding away. I had to call it quits because I felt like I was going to woof.
Interestingly, there was another guy on the Concept2 here before me, but he was on crutches and he was trying to do something different since he couldn't run. Good for him.
I'm not sure what I'll do - but I need to sleep now. This week of not getting more than five hours of sleep a night because of my insane work schedule has gotta stop.
