For not working very hard, it sure seemed like I was going faster than I thought. If I'm going 8:32/mi aggregate pace for not working very hard, I guess I should be gratified.
Tomorrow I will spin on the Concept, something I was going to do today, but after the air conditioner went out in my apartment last night, I wasn't about to be inside and sweat when I could be outside and sweat instead.
It's been a little while since I've had whitewalls, though; having the sides and back of my head shaved meant that once I started sweating, it was on, bad. Sweat going everywhere. Yay.
