For a run that wasn't supposed to be too hard, I didn't realize I was going 8:00/mi pace at the end. It felt a little hard, but not hard, hard.

This is perhaps vindication that lifting has done good things for my running. I'm probably in as good as shape as I've ever been since starting my informal lifting program.

I thought briefly about cranking away on the Concept, but I concentrated more on heavy strength work, mostly in bench press, incline press, lat pulldown on free weights, and some fly work. I guess I should start doing some flys to work some other aspects of chest, and I did some ab work just to make sure I was staying honest...
