More pushups and situps beforehand...I was predictably sore. I expected this. Due to the necessity to record the Princess and the rest of her kindergarten class reciting the Pledge of Allegiance on some local soft rock station, today was a short one.
Plan for tomorrow is a tossup between speedwork, which I loathe, and roadmarching, which I don't mind as much but is not as beneficial.
