Today was a day for wogging, mostly. I started a little faster than I should have, but settled into a more normalized pace by the end. I was tempered by an upper back muscle cramp. Still, it was a good therapeutic run after fighting my way through I-5 enroute to Burbank yesterday. That was a hard drive, although the drive back was quick.
Yesterday's hard run was another reason to go easy today, so I can get in one more good run before the end of our vacation here and our return to the land of Freeze-Yer-Ass-Off.
