This felt uneven, but it's the first time I've run any significant elements of this course in a while. Because it's so hilly, the elements of this are uneven for pacing...but I wasn't looking to do anything but work off lard today.
That's probably going to be the strategy through late January when I transition back to speedwork in preparation for my PT test, probably sometime in March.
I gave the Bear McCreary Battlestar Galactica soundtracks from both seasons a good listen last night and am simply impressed by their excellence. Not surprisingly, I now have something other than Hilary Duff or Limp Bizkit and DMX to serve as a running mantra.
