Today sure didn't feel like 81 degrees - probably attributable to the relative humidity. Today was a fast run mostly because I got up late. I didn't expect or plan to run as fast as I did until my clock started reading 6:29am. Still, today was a pretty constructive run if for no other reason than it was as close to fartlek as I have done in the last year.

The hills are still a chore, though.

The music choice was quixotic; I don't know why the cover stuck in my mind, but I needed something with more gravitas than that. I honestly can't think of any soundtrack leitmotif that has more gravitas than Michael Kamen's opening credits to From The Earth To The Moon.
