Today was my first SWIP workout in, oh, about 19 years. 6x800, 400 jog in between. I remember now why 800s hurt so much. However, this was a good change-up and highlights where I need to build max vO2 capacity - and perhaps, a way to get it.
It is nice, though, to have a tartan track less than a half mile away from home.
