Hills, but more critically, heat, was the killer today. Even starting at 6:50am, the heat in the open forced some walking.
Still, a lot better than what it would have been had I started now. The projected heat index for today is supposed to be 105. The heat index is already 96 and it's only 11am.
Today was a study in GPS inaccuracy, so I had to use USAPhotomaps to vet the distance for today. I knew it was fucked up when I was reading 3:55/mi at the first hack on my watch. Technology is not inherently evil, but you're a dumb muthafucka if you blindly trust in it.
