First run in three days, primarily due to homework. Having to get to class by 0800 is no fun when I'm in class until about 1700.
Today was fucking hot. THe weather is singularly unforgiving where there is little shade and the sun is hostile. Compound that with hills, and today validated why I call this run the Teardrop of Suck. Hill climbing was no problem in the first two miles. After that, I ended up walking a few times. Not fun.
For 67% humidity, I can only imagine just how hot it actually was. The big killer today was ambient temperature under the sun versus in the shade. I need to start running earlier in the day.
