This morning's light rain made for a humid run. I couldn't help but be reminded that ten years ago were had some unremarkable movie called Independence Day foisted on us. I didn't realize Mary McDonnell (of the new Battlestar Galactica) was on it!

3.5 miles of wogging was the goal after yesterday's hard run. Actually, after about 30 minutes, things started to loosen up, so that's a good sign. I'm starting to adapt to the hills...slowly.

Always nice to know I was running generally even pace today. I think that was about marathon pace, more or less.
