Today was remarkably faster, not sure why. The fact that this was zone 3.2 was encourgaging, but I'm not sure if I buy the computer saying I had a max heart rate of 162. I may be on the mend, but this is about as ambitious as I'm going to get for a while until I get a clean bill of health.
