I grossly overestimated snivel gear for this morning. That was apparent when I stepped out in turtleneck and sweatshirt and went back to drop turtleneck. The temperature was steadily increasing through the run - and when it's 37F outside and clear and sunny and not that windy, I should've gone down to shorts and long sleeve shirt.

I started out quicker than I should've, but I was running near someone and was undisciplined about pacing until I broke contact. Oops.
