Odometer 11B: 255.6mi

Z4. Average/max heart rate = 160/182

This is the run I normally call the 666 run because it tends to hover around 6.6mi, with a few times hitting the magic 6.66mi, just for the x-moose season.

I was going to the gym when I realized it was warm enough to run without snivel gear, so I went out in shorts and a long-sleeve shirt. What I didn't count on was the wind. As usual, tailwinds were fun, headwinds weren't. At least it was warm enough where the only snivel gear I had to wear was gloves.

It's not particularly heartening to run positive splits, but that's partly because of the tailwind-assisted jackrabbit start. So much for thinking I was actually getting faster.
