Easy run today, and was going to be short since I was going to be sitting at the house doing mostly dissertation work today. Also, it's probably unwise to be running two hard days in a row.
Once again, I grossly overestimated snivel gear. The presence of open sunlight makes a huge difference in heat regardless of air temperature. There's something to be said about direct radiation of heat that you don't get when it's dark.
