I loathe running on dreadmills, but I had no real choice. There's no place around the hotel where I'm staying where I can run without risking Death by Misadventure (tm).
Fun. Especially in an enclosed room that's gotta be at least 80F degrees or more.
At least I was going faster than I expected. Or something like that.
Tomorrow I do some LSD in an attempt to burn lard. Maybe all weekend long, or so.
