Very disciplined slow run at standard distance. It's kind of sad that this is a long run these days but I've also been letting things slide and if I'm going to train anything, it's going to be base given my current level of training and fitness. Also, my shoes are starting to come apart at the pinky toes on the uppers-- a leading indicator that it'll be time to rotate shoes. These are too junked to use afterwards, so they'll go into file 13.
The testament to discipline is my watch recording 0.0 calories of carbohydrates expended -- it was all fat.
