I guess I should've Gmap-pedometered today's run before I started. Then I would've figured on a different route since I didn't start with the intent of running 8.66mi tonight. It didn't look that long on the map at first glance. Oops.
I needed a long run, but I didn't think it was going to be that long! I felt surprisingly good during the run. Tomorrow I might change my tune.
Still, it felt pretty satisfying to get in a long run like that. It's been a long, long while since I've done that. I also needed to do something as I slept in this morning and didn't do anything yesterday.
