Instead of watching The Mandalorian, I decided to watch some lacrosse instead, since I didn't get to see that during the weekend.  Ah, February lacrosse, lots of kinks to work out.

I didn't feel like going too hard; 15km is hard itself, but as I warmed up, I took on a little more speed and I was finishing around 2:10/500m after starting up at around 2:20/500m and then starting to get faster.  My goal was to finish inside 70 minutes, but that was virtually guaranteed after halfway thru as I continued to accelerate.

I needed to go long since I hadn't done much in the last two days and I ate waaaaaaay too much yesterday (while I was on the road) and again today.
