I so need to find a new mantra for the iThink.

I couldn't ask for better running WX today. Today marked a clear day, some wind but not too much, and perfect temperatures.

So...I felt like going about 7 - and the goal was to hold under 8:30 pace today. The start was a bit fast, admittedly, but once I had settled into pace, I think I was right on track - and my times were generally consistent. I think I would've slowed down some had I not felt the need to start burning people I saw in the distance. What in my mind was not a catharsis run had about the same level of intensity...meaning that even when I'm training, I still feel the need to, well, compete.

Still - a good indicator nonetheless...
