I attribute the iThink this morning to some faceoff footage I saw on YouTube. I really enjoy watching a LSM faceoff guy (in this case Jake Deane from UMass in 2005) clean house - which I saw over and over in the 2006 NCAA Division I lacrosse final between UMass and Virginia. Couldn't stop Virginia's killer offense last year, though.

I probably should have gone easier this morning, but once I was fully warmed up, I think I was okay. Overtraining is a legitimate hazard here.

This is a day where I probably need a functional heart monitor, to let me know when I was going too hard on an easy day. I have one, but the transmitter strap is 7 years old and I doubt it still works. I could be wrong, though.
