This morning called for some intermediate distance. It's been a while since I've done a run I call the Teardrop of Suck, because of its extensive uphill segments, but I think the recovery is continuing. The ability to get back up to speed once on level ground after an uphill is improving - although my uphill speed continues to be slow. Not much that can be done in the short term on that one.
Downhill speed was considerably better, but what else is new?
For anyone who has seen the video for The Cure's "A Forest," this morning's conditions were damned reminiscent of it...making this morning's iThink selections very appropriate.
