My rebuilding continues. There's a possibility that I overtrained this past week which might explain yesterday and today. I do find it hard to believe that going from about zero to 29 miles in a week constitutes overtraining, though. That's not really that much. Maybe it is.
Today was even more brisk than yesterday, with gusts forecasted for up to 30mph today. Better do it now than later, though.
