First run since the Psycho WyCo. It snowed 3-4" of powder since the run and I'm still single parenting.
This was not a catharsis run, but I felt good enough where I decided to turn on the jets as things progressed.
I started going about 8:34/mi on a 2% grade and by the end of mile 2 was going 8:00 on a 0.5% grade. By the last 6-7 minutes I was going progressively faster; by the time I was done, I was going 6:34/mi pace over the last 2 minutes of the session.
It was cold outside, but running sure felt therapeutic. Too bad it'll drop to 2F tonight for air temperature.
