New running partner today. I wanted a controlled pace run, I got a controlled pace run. Slow, but since I decided to run a 5K this Saturday, I’ll be taking tomorrow off and running about the same speed on Sunday. I probably should’ve gone faster...but in the long run, this was probably the right speed. I need to run on Sunday at about the same pace, to be honest.
