Today was intended to be an easy day but entailed some undisciplined pace work until my running partner and I settled into speed. It did not start auspiciously as I woke up all of 7 minutes before I was supposed to meet him. One of the indicators of my being tired is my willingness to fuck the alarm clock and go right back to sleep when it rings. The only level of tired beyond that is when I decide not to even acknowledge the alarm and just sleep straight through the goddamn thing. Once again, the first thing in my mind as I woke up was “FUCK!” This is not a good trend.

I wore long sleeve shirt as I thought it was actually a little chilly. Either that, or I’m turning into a fucking weenie.
