Today was a poorly paced run at start and finish. The Dirtball leg was punctuated by ten minutes of abdominal work, after which I was much slower.
Today’s start was far, far too fast. To clear the first .4 at 7:38 pace is just poor pacing. It also indicates not listening to my body correctly.
Tomorrow will be 8, tempo. It will suck, I think.
