Long slow run. I had counted on a live water fountain at the turnaround, which was St Christopher's School, where I went for 12 years. no joy. I was able to stop at the Retreat Hospital to get water, which saved my ass in a big way. Too bad it was at the 8.5 mile mark or so.

Did I do glycogen regenesis? Based on starting pace, maybe. Probably not at the end, though. I'll be feeling this run for a few days, but I needed to do it.

I have no earthly idea why the only thing I could think of this morning when I woke up was the lyrics "I shot Reagan," as the Suicidal Tendencies song starts.
