Short long run, at least that was the plan. I was going to run track repeats until I got to the distance required to hit standard distance. Unfortunately, I went two laps too many. Mostly zone 2 until my last mile on the track, which was closer to zone 3. I was hoping to run easier in the return leg, but it remained at zone 3 throughout.
Target to return for standard distance needs to be 5.1mi, not 5.6mi. Oops.
