I've taken the last two days off because I got a second COVID-19 vaccine and I was deliberately taking it easy, especially after sleeping 7 hours during the day after getting it. I feel mostly normal again, which is good, because I need the exercise in a bad way.
Today also marks a prolotherapy shot in the left arm for a tendon just distal to the elbow. Golfer's elbow refuses to go away so I'm hoping it will recover after this.
