Today was a grinder of a run. Started slow, didn't feel very fast, did loosen up around the 35 minute mark and my gluteus minimus on both sides was very tight, so I stretched them out. I may even consider hitting them with a foam roller they are so tight. However, the weather was cooperating, and I might only get two days to do this, so it was worth it.
