I wasn't sure whether I felt like doing a long run, but it being cool and damp made it a lot more likely, and after taking the last two days off, I figured a long run was in order. So I got in about 9, since I didn't want to put in the full 11.5 today, given some other things I wanted to try to get at.

The wildly contrasting third iThink was triggered by my attempt to try to get the Elder up since it was noon, but I realize I don't need to be waking up my kids to the first two words in that song: FUCK YEAH!!!
