I found out this morning that the Younger decided to sleep in. No advance warning. I was fucking pissed, but decided not to shitcan this morning and went for a run on mostly pavement that turned into a quicker run than usual. Of course, it was mostly pavement, and there was a little catharsis running involved.

I am still dumpy but I don't feel like I give enough of a shit to stop eating enough to de-lardify myself.
