Recovery run with one of my coworkers. I'm down here for a brief interview and some research, but nothing quite as involved as my last trip. After running yesterday, I needed to do lighter work, but I also needed to work off the sins of a Five Guys burger, carne asada, and four Krispy Kreme doughnuts, among other things as well.
For a recovery run, this actually wasn't half bad. I didn't feel (as I was talking) that I was going the pace I was - I thought I was going slower.
