No gym work today because I have a persistent and bothersome case of the runs. Today's workout was no exception. The first mile was rough, the second mile involved a pit stop, and the rest was better, especially the last lap when I was fully warmed up. At least I felt better. What occurs later today remains to be seen. Yay me.
