Z3 high. Average/max heart rate = 158/166
30/30/20/20/15/15 pushups, 40/35/30/25/20/15/15 situps, 4x15@290 leg press, 3x15@65 squat in the afternoon. Then this run, which felt quite nice...but recognizing that I took yesterday off. I'll see if I can stick with splitting between two parts and seeing what I get. I felt better in the afternoon after going to the gym, which I guess is a good thing. The gratifying thing about the run was how much lighter I felt after doing the strength work in the gym.
