Dead legs almost throughout. Today was a day I wanted to run, but the hallmark of this entire week is that I've been averaging 4.5 hours of sleep a night. I know that's not enough, but I don't feel like going to sleep earlier and I'm waking up about as early as I can take and still run. It's a double-edged sword, and something I have to fix.

Today was better than nothing at all, but these splits are pretty disappointing, even accounting for the weather.
