Easy day of deliberate wogging to offset yesterday's long run. The challenge was not going too fast, and I think I was by and large successful if the average heart rate didn't go much above 142. I'll see if my going into zone 4 (ever so briefly, based on max heart rate) was counterproductive.

Looking at the Bats' homepage, I am absolutely kicking myself that I didn't make their show in Washington DC on 5 June. Just my luck to find out about it a week and a half after the event. Bummer.
