First one in a long while. I haven't been able to go out for a run the last few days and I don't want to run in the heat, so I decided to get in something else instead. Discretion would have suggested going shorter than 15km, but I needed to work off some rage and I was watching the first of the Samurai trilogy of Toho films, starring Toshiro Mifune, so that's an automatic endorsement for that film. It was kind of therapeutic watching Takezo (later Miyamoto Musashi) lay waste to any number of mooks throughout the film.
