I've had a relapse of the head cold I had when I came here, albeit not as bad. I felt like crap but I couldn't pass up a run with weather like this, so I went long and slow. Emphasis on slow as there was some gritting out at the end.

I'll probably pay for this run but I needed to make up for the last week of relative inactivity.
