I wasn't sure how I was going to feel, but the few minutes I was outside made me think it would've been criminal not to get a run in today. I didn't make it before sunset.

At least I got something in. It was most definitely not fast, and I can only attribute it to tired legs, but I'm burning off lard, so I was pretty deliberately going aerobic today.

It's also the 7th anniversary of the death of Sergeant Jason Swiger, whose passing I was reminded of today when I saw some photos of him on Facebook today.  I still wear a memorial bracelet with his name.
