Probably the most relaxed run I've done while I've been here if I have an average HR of 160. It's technically zone 4 based on the average, but it really felt like a zone 3 run based on relative effort and the fact that the last mile felt pretty damn awesome. That makes up for my inconsistent sleep over the last few days.
I have jwer's attendance at the Pixies show somewere in Montgomery County. Oh, to be 21 again...
