I'm getting fatter and the spare tire is enlarging. Therefore, I run.
Today started iffy and turned fast, but I haven't done anything but eat (and study) over the last three days, so it shows.
For getting fatter, today was fast (relatively speaking, I have gotten noticeably slower in the last two years). It was also about as perfect running weather as it gets, aside from it being overcast and dark.
Discipline, discipline, discipline! Wish I had some.
