First time running at Dunbar Cave State Park in a while. It was markedly faster, but I started tripping on things as I got more progressively tired. I wiped out on lap four, but not too badly. I was able to finish relatively strong on pavement, but I was feeling the pain at the end.
This is an improvement, though, which is never bad.
I've been trying to reconcile some stuff I've seen at work with some of my inherent schadenfreude...hence my gratuitous use of a song that says "fuck yeah" 37 times.
