I should be really, really gratified for being able to run 8:35 average pace (and I think I was going a lot closer to 8:00/mi by the end when I was warmed up).
There are some parts that were not logged. I think if I had more time (I have to be at work in 40 minutes) that I might have gone even further.
More deliberate effort on Saturday when I'm not so crunched for time.
