For taking a few days off, I'm pretty gratified to run 8:16/mi average pace, and really gratified to finish at 7:32/mi on a run that I wasn't particularly killing myself to do. Of course, part of it could be the superb running weather.

The Eight Miles High kick, by the way, comes from the last episode of From The Earth To The Moon, which I was watching this past weekend...which, strangely, doesn't seem that long ago.

Days go slow, weeks go fast, when you're getting crushed at work.
